  much needed food and supplies for the University District Food Bank.  Th
 e place is the QFC store in University Village and the date is October 25.
   Sign up for a shift of 1.5-2 hours between 10 am and 3 pm here.  These 
 drives are fun and inspiring to see how generous your fellow Seattleites c
 an be!\n\n\n\nWith funding now restricted for the Food Stamp program\, rec
 ent local employment layoffs and cutoffs to other government food programs
 \, the need is greater than ever. &nbsp\;The Food Bank is also experiencin
 g gaps in the previous sources of support. &nbsp\;We can help the Food Ban
 k and our friends and neighbors who are in need. &nbsp\;Open a small windo
