DESCRIPTION:\nJoin the&nbsp\;University Sunrise Rotary Club&nbsp\;for a pro
 gram featuring Karen Andrew of the ALS Association.\n\n\n\nThe&nbsp\;progr
 am will be presented on Zoom on Thursday morning with the Zoom line openin
 g at 7 a.m.&nbsp\; The formal meeting including the program runs from 7:30
 -8:30 a.m.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;No registration is required\, and the program is f

 ith The ALS Association in the Pacific Northwest\, where she partners with
  community leaders\, volunteers\, and corporate supporters to advance care
 \, advocacy\, and research for people living with ALS and their families. 
 She leads signature fundraising events\, including the Ride to Defeat ALS 
 Snoqualmie Valley and the Seattle Golf Classic\, which unite people around
  a common mission: to create a world without ALS.\n\n\n\nKaren holds a mas
 ter’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and brings 
 a relationship-centered\, community-driven approach to her work. Through h
 er experience\, she has seen firsthand the impact local service organizati
 ons like Rotary can have in creating meaningful\, lasting change.\n\n\n\nS
 he is passionate about building authentic partnerships\, sharing the stori
 es of those affected by ALS\, and helping communities understand how their
  time\, talent\, and resources can accelerate progress toward better treat
 ment and\, ultimately\, a cure.\n\n\n\nJoin Karen for the Walk to Defeat A
