DESCRIPTION:\nJoin the&nbsp\;University Sunrise Rotary Club&nbsp\;for a pro
 gram featuring Karen Andrew of the ALS Association.\n\n\n\nThe&nbsp\;progr
 am will be presented on Zoom on Thursday morning with the Zoom line openin
 g at 7 a.m.&nbsp\; The formal meeting including the program runs from 7:30
 -8:30 a.m.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;No registration is required\, and the program is f

 .\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKaren Andrew is a Development Manager with The AL
 S Association in the Pacific Northwest\, where she partners with community
  leaders\, volunteers\, and corporate supporters to advance care\, advocac
 y\, and research for people living with ALS and their families. She leads 
 signature fundraising events\, including the Ride to Defeat ALS Snoqualmie
  Valley and the Seattle Golf Classic\, which unite people around a common 
 mission: to create a world without ALS.\n\n\n\nKaren holds a master’s de
 gree in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and brings a relation
 ship-centered\, community-driven approach to her work. Through her experie
 nce\, she has seen firsthand the impact local service organizations like R
 otary can have in creating meaningful\, lasting change.\n\n\n\nShe is pass
 ionate about building authentic partnerships\, sharing the stories of thos
 e affected by ALS\, and helping communities understand how their time\, ta
 lent\, and resources can accelerate progress toward better treatment and\,
  ultimately\, a cure.\n
