DESCRIPTION:\nJoin the&nbsp\;University Sunrise Rotary Club&nbsp\;for a pro
 gram featuring Susan Champlain of The Boeing Company.\n\n\n\nThe&nbsp\;pro
 gram will be presented in person and on Zoom on Thursday morning with the 
 Zoom line opening at 7:00 a.m.&nbsp\; The formal meeting including the pro
 gram runs from 7:30-8:30 a.m.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;No registration is required\, a
 nd the program is free.\n\n\n\nThe in-person meeting will be at the Wedgwo
 od Community Church at 8201 30th Ave NE\, Seattle. Doors open at 7:00 a.m.

 mplain\, Boeing Company\n\n\n\nSusan Champlain is senior director of NW Re
 gion Government Operations. She leads the Northwest Region State &amp\; Lo
 cal Government Operations team\, managing relationships with elected offic
 ials and business leaders in Washington\, Oregon\, Montana\, Idaho and Haw
 aii.\n\n\n\nPreviously\, Susan held a series of positions within Boeing in
 cluding policy and state and local government relations roles where she de
 veloped company positions on public policy and represented the company in 
 Olympia\, Wash. She joined Boeing in 1999 as manager of Legislative Affair
 s in Washington DC\, lobbying Members of Congress on international trade i
 ssues.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining Boeing\, Susan worked for six years as a le
 gislative aide on Capitol Hill focusing on international trade and defense
  policy.\n\n\n\nSusan holds a BA in International Studies from University 
 of Washington and a MA in International Affairs from The George Washington
  University.\n
