DESCRIPTION:\nJoin the&nbsp\;University Sunrise Rotary Club&nbsp\;for a pro
 gram featuring Sheila Hosner of the University District Rotary Club.\n\n\n
 \nThe&nbsp\;program will be presented in-person and on Zoom on Thursday mo
 rning.&nbsp\; The formal meeting including the program runs from 7:30-8:30
  a.m.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;No registration is required\, and the program is free.\
 n\n\n\n\nThe in-person meeting will be at the North Seattle Church (2150 N
  122nd St\, Seattle). Doors open at 7:00 a.m. and the program begins at 7:

  Rotary Service Foundation approved a commitment of $1000 for the District
 &nbsp\;Grant\, "Bukobero Community Health Centre III\, Uganda."\n\n\n\n\n\
 n\n\n                Bukobero Community Health Center\n\n\n\nSheila Hosner
 \, of the University District Rotary Club\, will be presenting on the Buko
 bero Community Health Centre project she supports in Uganda. She will give
  a recap of the history of the project and how she got involved\, describe
  the health center\, and the services it will provide\, and let us know wh
 at's next for the center.\n\n\n\nSheila has been a member of the Universit
 y District Rotary Club for almost five years and the chair of the Internat
 ional Service Committee for three years. She has a Master of Science degre
 e in International Health and worked at the Washington State Department of
  Ecology for twenty-six years before retiring. From 2015 to 2018\, she liv
 ed in Uganda volunteering at the Bwindi Community Hospital\n\n\n\n  Bukobe
 ro Community Health Center\n\n\n\n"When our resources become scarce\, we f
