- About the Club: We have 41 members and meet weekly. Rotary is an international service organization originally comprised of business people, but is now far more diverse. The meetings are structured, but pretty informal as most of the club members know each other reasonably well. You can learn about our club here and our programs here.
- We meet in person at the North Seattle Church (2150 N 122nd, Seattle) on the first and third Thursday mornings of the month (also accessible via Zoom) and via Zoom only on the second and fourth Thursdays.
- People arrive for meetings at 700 a.m. (both online and in person meetings) and our formal meeting starts at 730 a.m. We have announcements and business items, then the speaker is introduced, usually at 755 a.m. The speaker has the remainder of the time until 825 a.m. Normally, programs take 20 minutes for the talk followed by discussion. We close the meeting at 830 a.m.
- Please make sure that we have the following:
- A title and short description for your talk
- A short bio
- A picture that we can post
- We will post these items on our website–so others can see them, as well. (We also don’t delete them.)
- We have a Foundation that makes grants, but that is a separate process.
