Join the University Sunrise Rotary Club for a program featuring Veterans Benefits Administration Seattle Regional Office Acting Executive Director Chantile Stovall and VA Puget Sound Health Care System Deputy Executive Director Susan Perez.

The program will be presented on Zoom on Thursday morning with the Zoom line opening at 7 a.m.  The formal meeting including the program runs from 7:30-8:30 a.m.  No registration is required, and the program is free.

There are three arms of the Veterans Administration:

  • Veterans Health Administration
  • Veterans Benefits Administration
  • National Cemetery Administration

On February 27, we will have distinguished representatives of the VA join us to describe health care, benefits and claims through the VA.


Chantile Stovall was appointed Acting Director with the Veterans Benefits Administration, Seattle Regional Office, in October 2024. In November 2022 she was appointed Assistant Director with the Veterans Benefits Administration, Seattle Regional Office. Ms. Stovall has over 17 years of experience with the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). She has held Division Chief level positions in two of VBAs lines of business. Her professional career journey has included several field and Central Office details, including a detail with the Appeals Management Office (AMO) as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst and Director with the Office of Business Integration. Ms. Stovall considers herself a life-long learner and has enjoyed serving as a formal mentor for several of VBA’s development programs throughout the years.

Susan Perez BA, CISM was appointed VA Puget Sound Health Care System Deputy Executive Director in 2023. She brings with her more than 32 years of exceptional Department of Veterans Affairs and Veterans Benefits Administration leadership, policy experience and expertise, from data management and data analytics to electronic health records. Her extensive background and vast experience include working in program management, cyber workforce management, health IT, and cybersecurity. Susan’s ability to integrate varied teams of employees and contractors across the Veterans Health Administration enterprise and VA’s Office of Information and Technology make her uniquely qualified to drive progress toward VA’s modernization goals.
