Karen Andrew is a Development Manager with The ALS Association in the Pacific Northwest, where she partners with community leaders, volunteers, and corporate supporters to advance care, advocacy, and research for people living with ALS and their families. She leads signature fundraising events, including the Ride to Defeat ALS Snoqualmie Valley and the Seattle Golf Classic, which unite people around a common mission: to create a world without ALS.

Karen holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and brings a relationship-centered, community-driven approach to her work. Through her experience, she has seen firsthand the impact local service organizations like Rotary can have in creating meaningful, lasting change.

She is passionate about building authentic partnerships, sharing the stories of those affected by ALS, and helping communities understand how their time, talent, and resources can accelerate progress toward better treatment and, ultimately, a cure.
