Join us for an interactive conversation on how charitable giving at any level can support climate happiness and hope, and make a difference.

Today’s storms around climate progress are intense. Many feel increasingly anxious, angry and helpless, faced with new headwinds and challenges. Yet real tailwinds remain, and many want to do more. Together we’ll navigate the storms and opportunities, covering the latest science, what solutions really move the needle, and how you can use any size of charitable donation to cultivate growth and resilience, including in your families.
Our guide is philanthropic entrepreneur Mike Rea, founder of ClimeOn, a new platform for helping the climate-concerned find ways to give that are both effective and personally meaningful. They prioritize meeting people where they are, and helping them find their own paths forward, using a blend of climate philanthropy, science and psychology. You’ll leave lunch with new ideas and new tools for staying grounded and supporting others.
Mike Rea has advanced several innovative efforts in philanthropy and social impact. His journey as a social entrepreneur started as co-founder of the US-Asia grant facilitator Give2Asia, and continued in wealth management (Bank of America’s philanthropic client group), education and disaster response (The Gates Foundation), and global travel, tourism and sustainability (Tourism Cares). Prior to founding ClimeOn he led the Seattle-based E8 angels climatetech investing group, which included adding new options for impact investing with charitable dollars.
