Join the University Sunrise Rotary Club for a program featuring Sheila Hosner of the University District Rotary Club.
The program will be presented in-person and on Zoom on Thursday morning. The formal meeting including the program runs from 7:30-8:30 a.m. No registration is required, and the program is free.
- The in-person meeting will be at the North Seattle Church (2150 N 122nd St, Seattle). Doors open at 7:00 a.m. and the program begins at 7:30 a.m.

The University Sunrise Rotary Service Foundation approved a commitment of $1000 for the District Grant, “Bukobero Community Health Centre III, Uganda.”

Sheila Hosner, of the University District Rotary Club, will be presenting on the Bukobero Community Health Centre project she supports in Uganda. She will give a recap of the history of the project and how she got involved, describe the health center, and the services it will provide, and let us know what’s next for the center.
Sheila has been a member of the University District Rotary Club for almost five years and the chair of the International Service Committee for three years. She has a Master of Science degree in International Health and worked at the Washington State Department of Ecology for twenty-six years before retiring. From 2015 to 2018, she lived in Uganda volunteering at the Bwindi Community Hospital
