Kristina Olave, JD, is Executive Director of Teen Feed.

She has over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience devoted to youth, families, and community building. Her career has centered on nonprofit management, risk management, fundraising, and development work focused on protecting and inspiring young people. She brings a warm, relationship-centered perspective to her leadership, and is deeply committed to advancing systems of belonging and opportunity for youth in the Pacific Northwest.
Kristina is a former ACLU lawyer that worked to protect the rights of death row inmates. In this work she realized that local investment must be made in poor communities, to keep these vulnerable people from landing in the deep end of the criminal justice system.
She left Florida and went to DC where she helped to mobilize over $120 billion in investment for marginalized communities across the country while serving as the Director of the National Training Academy at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC).
Krisitna has been at Teen Feed since August of last year, and has spent her time there growing the board of directors and improving programs for youth.
She is a devoted mom that lives in Mukilteo with her teenage sons and her little dog, Rumi.
Teen Feed works with the community to offer support to meet basic needs, build strong relationships, and ally with houseless youth as they meet their future off the streets.
